Product Designer Lead | 2024 Sep - present
As the Product/UIUX Design Lead at a startup, I collaborated closely with the founder, strategy team, development team, and internship team. Working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, I conducted user research, designed UX solutions, created UI prototypes, managed design hand-offs, and oversaw testing. This role significantly enhanced my communication skills and provided me with the opportunity to lead and organise the team.

I worked as a full-stack developer, using JAVA and JavaScript to build an in-house banking system. In such a large company, I learned how to collaborate across departments, practiced agile development, and conducted user testing. Additionally, I maintained overseas banking systems, gaining deep domain knowledge by engaging directly with end users. Overall, it was a very challenging experience; I even took on responsibilities such as hardware procurement with no related background. However, that's how I practice problem-solving skills.

UXY is an online UX Bootcamp where participants engage in an industry cooperation project as a team for 3 months. I joined the course in March 2023 and graduated as an honors student, which gave me the opportunity to participate in the next season's class as a TA. My mission is to assist students assigned to me with their project management and questions about the UX process. Additionally, I serve as a coordinator between the students and their stakeholders and host some meetings.
